Have you noticed any other health improvements?
I feel absolutely amazing! All my old symptoms are gone! No more heartburn and I was on 2 medications for it previously. No more bloating or stomach aches. I have more energy and I was on medication for daily headaches and chronic migraines. I was able to stop all my preventative medications. I can’t remember the last time I was headache free! I no longer have high cholesterol, I’m no longer pre-diabetic and I’m no longer anemic!! All of my labs are great. This lifestyle change has improved my life dramatically.
Tell us about your experience on the diet and any changes you’ve seen.
My face is so much thinner, I’m able to wear clothes that haven’t fit in years and I don’t miss the old foods I would eat. I would drink several Dr Pepper’s a day, I decided to drink one for my birthday. I took 2 sips and gagged. I also ate a calzone for my birthday and felt so sick. I have no desire to cheat, if it’s not on my beneficial or neutral list I don’t eat it!! My fridge and pantry is stocked healthier thsn I could have ever imagined.
