While our hours of operation are slightly shortened, D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition has generally been able to ship orders by the next business day. We'll update here if that changes in the future.
We also have had some products affected by difficulty sourcing some raw ingredients in this current environment. Any item that's out-of-stock will have a Notify Me email field so you can enter yours and receive an email once it's available.
Hours of operation
Because shipping and warehouse functions require a physical presence, we have implemented new procedures for inventory management, and we have set staggered hours for staff to allow for social distancing. To ensure your safety, our warehouse workers are required to use gloves and sanitize often. Mandatory and frequent handwashing has always been and will continue to be a company policy.
For now, we’ve reduced hours of operation as follows:
Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST
We know D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition products are important to our customers and most orders do ship by next the business day. Even though we endeavor to process orders and ship them in a timely manner, there may be a slight delay in receiving your packages due to carriers being overwhelmed with all the online orders throughout the economy.
New: Temporary Return & Refund Policy
Due to the on-going COVID-19 emergency, we are currently no longer accepting returns nor processing associated refunds. This applies to all products and it is out of concern for both our customers and our employees, particularly our shipping team. We appreciate your understanding as we all work through this evolving situation.

Inventory and Items Out of Stock
We're experiencing a large increase in orders and some items will be temporarily out of stock. However, we are working with our raw ingredient suppliers to insure availability of key ingredients, especially elderberry, andrographis, and scutellaria so that we can continue to produce and supply products that can play a supportive role in managing your health, as well as the overall Blood Type Diet products and Genoma products.
We do note our out-of-stock items with an estimated in-stock date, but the best way to be informed is to add your email to the Notify Me field on the product page. Don't worry, we do not share your email with anyone, but you can rest assured you will be notified the day it's back in stock.
We recognize that we are in unprecedented times, not only in our country but in our world, and as we navigate this, we want to be able to provide some helpful tools to get through this.
Over the coming months, our social media posts will focus on how to stay healthy, how to cook healthy, keep our kids safe and engaged, how to recraft our exercise programs for home based routines, mindfulness and centering techniques to help with stress management, etc.
We’ll also share free online resources that we find to be useful during this time. Our challenge and opportunity as a community is to join together, to share information, and to do what we can to mitigate the negative consequences of not only the coronavirus, but of the uncertainty that can undermine our sense of security.
