			- 1 banana, frozen
 
			- 1 cup mango, frozen
 
			- ½ passion fruit
 
			- Juice of ½ lime 
 
			- ¼ cup almond milk or rice milk optional*
 
			 
			*Almond milk is an Avoid for Type O non-secretor, substitute rice milk.
		 
		Instructions:
