Blood Sugar Balancing Green Smoothies for Each Blood Type

TYPE O: Spring Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ medium banana
  • 4 ounces of watercress
  • 4 ounces of kale (ribs removed)
  • 6 ounces of cold water
  • 1 scoop of Protein Blend Powder O
  • 1 tablespoon of CLA Oil Blend Liquid

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth.
  2. Thin with additional liquid to preferred consistency.

TYPE A: TropiKale Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces of kale (ribs removed)
  • ¼ cup of pineapple chunks (frozen preferred)
  • 6 ounces of unsweetened soy milk
  • ½ small avocado
  • 1 scoop of Protein Blend Powder A
  • 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil Formula Liquid

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth.
  2. Thin with additional liquid to preferred consistency.


TYPE B/AB: Savory Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces of spinach
  • 6-8 strawberries
  • 6 ounces of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of Protein Blend Powder B/AB
  • 1 tablespoon CLA Oil Blend Liquid or Flaxseed Oil Formula Liquid
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, soaked overnight

Directions:

  1. Soak chia seeds overnight, they may appear gelatinous, but this will thicken your smoothie and add a creamy consistency.
  2. Blend all ingredients until thick and smooth.
  3. Thin with additional liquid to preferred consistency.
