i really was hoping for a user friendly book.. but i am very disappointed. most recipes take to much time and effort which i do not have in my life.. however, that is not the worst of it. you push oat flour and spelt.. well maybe for some, but i DO HAVE THE PROBLEM , with excessive mucus, and those do not work.. i had to go into your sight to get a millet and amaranth flour bread recipe .. those grains do not produce the mucus and are drying.. you can eat them everyday and not have an issue. the chances of people making up all this stuff and spending there weekend to do it to take your suggestions on the daily menu what to have is also far fetched at best.. i was hoping for a book i could look at often and pick from, in stead i have found myself back to looking at the internet and going thru your on line recipes to find something.. plus you on line list takes forever to go through.. sorry.. my rating was being kind.. however i do believe in Dr. D research.. i realized this myself when i started finding foods healthy although were not working for me.. went to the book of his i already had sitting on my library shelf and found they were the same foods .. that began my quest to give this a try and hopefully help my health issues improve. so far the supplements i have purchased from you and amazon i think are doing good.. i have not had an issue from what i can tell. thank you.. oh btw... i wanted to get the book of Dr. D on Just my specific type A in hopes it will be More in detail then the book on all of the types .. but i hesitate considering the recipe book was a disappointment. sorry..
some ingredients are a bit strange for me, but yet an informative book of recipes for type A. helpful with my lifestyle adjustment. thank you, kindly.
In reading this I found many foods that are not compatible with my blood type! Recipes are great too!
Loving it - tried several recipes already!
There are some very nice recipes in this book, but they are not 'beginners' recipes. Many dishes have several steps and are quite difficult to make for the average 21st century cook- or non-cook. I was hoping for some more basic dishes for people new to cooking mostly vegetarian fare.
Can't wait to get started cooking these heart healthy recipes.

This has wonderful photos and is easy to read. I would also enjoy more gluten freeas well as fish and pasta recipes.
