I always ate organic, healthy food, stayed far away from fast food and worked out on a regular basis. Despite all my good habits, I was still developing breakouts on my skin and gaining weight. It never made sense to me. Things reached a critical and desperate point in October 2015 when I noticed new symptoms beyond my typical skin and weight problems. A large cyst developed on my back--then a month later, fungus in the same area. On both occasions the dermatologist put me on antibiotics to remedy the situation, but my symptoms got worse. The skin breakouts on my face were at an all-time high, and I developed rosacea.

It was a terrible time for me because I did not know what was going on with my body or how to alleviate the situation. I am an organic nut, so it was hard for me to keep taking antibiotics to get better. Normally I am able to heal myself with food, so I didn’t understand the persistence of the issue. By January 2016 I was put on three different types of antibiotics because the dermatologist was not seeing an improvement and the symptoms kept coming back. I was in a panic and very depressed at this point. I did not want to eat because I was so depressed and thought food was the culprit. After months of suffering I hit rock bottom.

At that point my acupuncturist told me to follow the Blood Type Diet (sticking to beneficial and neutral foods) and to keep a food log. Once I ditched the foods on my avoid list and learned about my blood type, good-bye infections, fungus, cysts, minor breakouts, rosacea, and all negative side effects. My body healed and my weight dropped rapidly. I lost 42 pounds and have been able to maintain a steady weight of 126 pounds. I am never hungry, eat nutritious foods, and couldn’t be happier.

I am a huge advocate of the blood type diet. It has transformed my health and well-being, both mentally and physically. The result can be seen in my appearance, confidence, and energy levels. With the Blood Type Diet, I follow a path of conscious eating and healthy habits that are right for me. What a life saver this has been!

On a daily basis in the news, I read of different super foods and how amazing they can be for the body. This could not be further from the truth because if a food does not mix well with your blood type, it can wreak havoc in your system. Now, multiple times a day I receive compliments, and people ask me the secret to my transformation. I always share and it inspires people to make changes because they can see the change in me.
