Arthritis: Fight It With The Blood Type Diet
I was so fortunate to have found this book in our local Library. I wanted to find out what Dr. DAdamo might have to say about foods in the Nightshade family. These are foods that we were sometimes eating 3 times a day! Dr. DAdamo had written that they should be eaten very infrequently if signs of Osteoarthritis were present. My 58 year old husband had been suffering for months with painful knees and had given up running, which he absolutely loves. His Orthopedic Doctor had, of course, only suggested he take Ibuprofen as needed. The elimination of the Nightshade vegetables did the trick! Along with following Dr. DAdamos other advise for Blood Type Os, the recommendations in this book enabled my husband to resume his running within just a few weeks. He couldnt be more thrilled!
