Return Policy:
We ask you to give our products a fair and complete test and for that
reason, we ask you to try the products for at least 30 days.
We strive to provide timely and accurate delivery of each order. If there is
a problem with your order, please call our friendly customer service representatives
toll free at (877) 226-8973 or (203) 761-0042.
We offer Product Refunds under the following conditions:
- Returned items must be authorized by North American
Pharmacal, Inc. (NAP) within 45 days of receipt of your shipment. Please
contact customer service to get a return authorization number (RMA). This
number must be displayed on the outside of the box.
- Refunds less taxes, shipping and a 15% processing
fee will be given only for unopened, undamaged products.
- Refunds will be credited to your credit card.
- Due to their perishable nature, Food and Beverage
items may only be returned if they were sent in error.
- Returns will only be accepted for products purchased
directly from NAP.
- Cancellations will be accepted only prior to shipment.
- We recommend returning packages to us through certified
mail with a tracking number.
- Do not order items that are illegal to import into
your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is the customer’s
responsibility to check with Customs to see if their country permits the
importation of our products. If the package is seized by Customs for any
reason, we will issue a refund, less the shipping costs, ONLY if the package
is returned back to us.
Shipping Policies:
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However,
due to fluxuations in order volume, it is possible, on rare occasions, that
your order will require up to 48 hours for processing and packing before it
is shipped. If you have requested next day, 2nd day or 3rd day shipping, please
allow for the possibility that your order will ship up to a full day (or in
rare cases 2 full business days) from the day you place the order. We are closed
weekends and holidays and do not ship on these days. Please call us in advance
if you know you have urgent needs.
Once your order is packed and on the truck it is out of our
hands and we cannot cancel or stop the order. Should you change your mind or
realize you've made an error, we will work with you after you receive your
package. It will be your responsibility to return the product in accordance
with our return policy. Our friendly reps will be glad to help you.
We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged or stolen
en route to you, or after arrival. If you have special shipping needs, please
call us in advance. We will do our best to work with you before and after your
package is shipped. If your packaged is lost or damaged, please contact us
and your local delivery center immediately to report your problem.

your country permits the import of our products. Please do not order items
that are not allowed for import into your country. Laws vary from country
