Step Four: Choose Two
- Select one food that is beneficial for your type, that you are not
already eating, and add it to your diet.
- Select one food that is an "avoid" for your type, reduce the amount of it in your diet and/or replace it with
more beneficial foods.
Example: Blood Type O
Avoid: Wheat
Neutral: Spelt Flour and Breads
Beneficial: Essene or Manna Bread
