These noodles are made exclusively for Berlin Natural Bakery using only Integrity Spelt flour. These noodles give a whole new meaning to the words "Comfort Food!" Each bag makes approximately 6 servings.

Spelt is an ancient grain that traces its heritage back long before many wheat hybrids. Many of its benefits come from this fact: it offers a broader spectrum of nutrients compared to many of its more inbred cousins in the Triticum (wheat) family. Spelt features a host of different nutrients. It is an excellent source of manganese, and a good source of protein, copper, and zinc.

Cooking directions: Add noodles to boiling water or broth and boil for 4 to 5 minutes.

Ingredients: Unbleached spelt flour, egg yolks and water. (The FDA categorizes ALL Spelt as Wheat. This is an ALL SPELT product. NO "other" wheat has been added.)

No additives and no preservatives.

Spelt does contain gluten.
