Im a Blood type AB and have tried quite a few protein powders on the market. This one is the best so far. It is light yet satisfying, and unlike other powders its unsweetened. Am I the only one who cant stomach the aftertaste of stevia, which seems to be added to every protein powder out there? I put a scoop or two into some almond or rice milk, mix in frozen blueberries and bananas, a teaspoon of lecithin and Im good to go. Highly recommended.
