If you have means of distribution, such as a professional healthcare practice or retail store, we can establish a wholesale account for you, providing you fax us the necessary documentation. This is not an exclusive distributorship, but you can begin immediately

Exclusive Distributorship:

Full distributorship implies representing Dr. D’Adamo in your country and fulfilling all orders within your country. Our international partners all have unique business models in accordance with their countries and the markets there. In order to be considered as our next international distributor, please fill out these downloadable documents starting with the confidentiality agreement. Take your time to answer the questionnaire, which will help us determine whether or not you are qualified or prepared to take on this business.
